Day 4
“After seven days Noah again sent out the
dove from the boat, and that
evening it came back to him with a fresh olive leaf in its mouth. Then Noah
knew that the ground was almost dry.”

Today was the first day back to routines and schedules after
2 weeks off. I woke up not really ready for it to begin. It’s been a while
since I’ve felt like that after a break. I've been known to scream (I mean, speak with great emotion) from the top of the stairs, "Two more days people and it's back to school!" AND...I've been known to put the Christmas tree away fairly quickly! This year...Christmas is slowly being put away –
the two trees are still up and will be put away this weekend. But as we enter back into our crazy mess of a schedule...the
glow and warmth of the light bring us comfort...it’s like an olive leaf...letting us know that it will all be okay and to just keep our focus on Him.
