Welcome to Day 30 of Chasing THE Light Project: I can SHINE Today’s verse comes from John 1:5 . “ Everything was created through him; nothing—not one thing!—came into being without him. What came into existence was Life, and the Life was Light to live by. The Life-Light blazed out of the darkness; the darkness couldn’t put it out.” Today is day 30 of the Chase THE Light project. My hope is that these posts have encouraged, inspired, and ignited something within you to want to chase His Light. I know that some days are hard and messy…but He holds you in His hands. He cups your face and says, “Look to Me. I AM with you and I AM all you need.” He is your life jacket. He is your life-light. Let His Light spark your heart so that you will say what His disciples said, “Were not our hearts burning within us while He talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?” (Luke 24:32) Focus on THE Light. Don’t let what macular degeneration does to the retina do to the eye...
