Sweet and Sour 365

How many times have I woken up to the frustrations of my to-do list?   How many times have I worn the fear from my worries? How many times have I put on the people pleasing hat to answer my emails quickly? How many times have I gone to facebook before I have put my face in His Book? UGH!   If only I would put Him on first. If only I would wear Him as I sit with my morning coffee.   Then I would know how to handle my frustrations.   I would know how to undress the fear and wear the strength that He clothes me in. I would look to please Him and only Him…because really I should only strive to have an audience of One. The One. Today, put Him on first and wear The Light.

"Go out into the country lanes and behind the hedges and urge anyone you find to come, so that the house will be full." ~Jesus

He is FOR me! He is FOR you! He will fight our battles. Get out of the way and TRUST Him to carry the load!

Just do TODAY....

"And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." ~Colossians 3:17

Keep in step with the Spirit. Keep taking those brave steps. Keep looking to Him. Keep leaning in and moving forward because some of those hard places just might be the holiest of places.

Did you know that sheep try to avoid shadows and always move towards the light? Interesting! Keep moving towards The Light today...one step at a time.

"You people must see signs and miracles before you will believe in me." ~John 4:48. I don't want to be that person...that person that must see signs before I believe. Nothing can cleanse the soul like Jesus and nothing can clean a clogged heart like the breath of His Words. I don't want to lose my way - and the only way to believe is to have eyes that see, ears that hear, and His Words in my heart. Freedom!
